چکیده

Biosynthesize of Magnetic Nanoparticles MNPs is the environmentally friendly synthesis nanoparticles that can be used as an alternative to commercially available antibiotics. The present study aimed determine ability biosynthesized magnetic Spirulina sp. for antibacterial activity. Microalgae isolated from Gomaspan river cultured on BG11 medium and, identified using morphology and molecular method optimum growth rate microalgae studied, biomass synthesize then was characterized by a visible color change Scanning electron microscope SEM, FTIR with XRD. Antimicrobial activity biosynthesize MNPs. studied different extracts (ethanol, methanol Diethyl ether) against Salmonella Typhi, Streptococcus pyogenes, Escherichia coli pseudomonas aerogenes disc diffusion Minimum inhibitory concentration methods. showed inhibit bacteria both methods higher inhibition zone (30-37mm). minimum ethanol extract (125-500 µg/l). current first report eco-friendly convenient extracts. This biosynthetic process might useful pharmaceuticals, medicine treatment pathogenic bacteria. Keywords: Nanoparticle, Magnetic, Spirulina, Antibacterial, solvent
